Beachside diner Bib & Tucker walks the walk when it comes to sustainability

Bib and Tucker’s Scott Bridger is no stranger to sustainability, with a number of measures in place throughout his Leighton Beach venue. The beachside restaurant's garden (which is changed seasonally and grown in recycled olive oil drums) greets customers with a variety of herbs, edible flowers and native produce growing year round for the ever evolving menu.⁣

In addition to his commitment for the planet, Bridger is inspired by how the in-venue garden has motivated his team: "We're introducing chefs to gardening who have never done it before, its a nice connection and integration with the land and our menu" ⁣
